Return Policy
We want you to love your phone cases, laptop stickers, and gear! Due to our custom print-on-demand process, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size/color choices, or exchanges. However, we’ve got you covered for the following:

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: If your item arrives faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll provide a refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Lost or Carrier Issues: For lost packages or carrier errors, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work to resolve it, but reshipping costs may apply if the address provided was incorrect.
Please note that unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. For any issues, reach out via our contact page with clear details and photos. We’re here to ensure your Memdex experience is awesome!
